The course includes 4 virtual, expert-lead sessions, once a week (same day of the week), 6 hours each. Attending these sessions is mandatory to fulfill the 21 hours ACMP’s requirement to take the exam. Each session includes presentations, exercises, cases, development of artifacts, exam tips, and suggestions.

Absolutely. There are 5-minute breaks every hour, and a 15-minute break every two hours.

Each week there is an assignment to submit; nothing heavy –it takes approximately an hour to complete and should be submitted 24 hours before the beginning of the class. For the first portion, you can choose two out of three short exercises related to the topics covered in the previous class –they will help you reinforce and remember concepts. For the second portion, you might read an article, develop a short case with other classmates, or read a portion of the Standard –it will help you connect with the topics that you will learn next.

You can continue the course and take the missed session during the next course we conduct that coincides with your schedule.

You are all set! You will receive three emails: 1) A welcome note to confirm your registration, 2) One week prior to the class, you will receive instructions, recommendations, and a small warm-up exercise, and 3) Two days before the beginning of the class, a reminder of the starting date, time, and links to join the session.

If you’re unable to attend all scheduled classes, you’ll receive a credit and can rejoin a future session of the same course within one year.

By the end of the course, you will:

– Understand how effective change initiatives and projects are planned and executed.
– Learn how to navigate the ACMP Standard for Change Management and the Code of Ethics.
– Recognize and understand the language and key terms of the Standard.
– Learn the factors, elements, and artifacts necessary to lead sustainable change.
– Become familiar with the CCMP exam structure and application process.
– Grasp the knowledge, tools, and techniques required to pass the CCMP exam

Both class and materials are in English. At the end of the sessions you will receive slides, practice questions and materials in PDF.

Once you finish the course, we will inform the ACMP that you have fulfilled the 21-hour requirement to be eligible to take the CCMP test. From there, you will follow the ACMP application process, set a place and time for the test, and take it. If you do not pass on the first attempt, you may retake the exam up to two additional times within one year. Note there is a re-examination fee for members and non-members.
