This course offers CCMP training that is the best in its class! Our CCMP exam prep and CCMP practice questions will lead you to your CCMP Certification!
The course include 4 virtual, expert-lead sessions, once a week (same day of the week), 6 hours/each. Attending these sessions is mandatory to fulfill the 21 hours ACMP’s requirement to take the exam. Each session includes presentations, exercises, cases, development of artifacts, and tips and suggestions.
Absolutely. There are 5-minute breaks every hour, and a 15-min break every two hours.
There is an assignment previous to each session (approx. one hour/week); you can choose two out of three exercises and submit them before the next session starts; they will help you connect with the topics in advance. Also, there is an assignment after each session (approx. one hour/week); it can be from simply reading the standard to developing a short case with other classmates; it will help you reinforce concepts and practical applications.
You can continue the course and take the missed session during the next course we conduct that coincides with your schedule.
You will be all in! You will receive three emails: 1) a welcome letter to confirm your registration, 2) instructions –recommendations, pre-assignment work, and links to jump into the class–, and 3) a reminder of the starting date, time, and links to connect / to get online????
If you’re unable to attend all scheduled classes, you’ll receive a credit and can rejoin a future session of the same course.
– Understand how effective change initiatives and projects are planned and executed
– Learn how to navigate the ACMP Standard for Change Management and the Code of Ethics
– Recognize and understand the language and key terms of the Standard
– Learn the factors, elements, and artifacts necessary to lead sustainable change
– Become familiar with the CCMP exam structure and application process
– Grasp the knowledge, tools, and techniques required to pass the CCMP exam
Although you can get connected through any device, we recommend to use your laptop or computer –it will allow you to see materials, questions, and exercises easily.
The class and materials are in English. At the end of each session, you will receive a PDF copy of the slides and all the materials related with each topic (workbooks, flashcards, infographics, quizzes, and more).
Once you finish the course, we inform the ACMP that you have fulfilled the 21-hour requirement to be eligible to take the test. You follow the ACMP application process, set a place and time for the test, and take it. If you do not pass on the first attempt, you may retake the exam up to two additional times within the one-year window. There is a re-examination fee for members and non-members.
